Our bottling line produces up to 200,000 bottles per shift and easily meets the needs of the traditional market, mass distribution, organised distribution and a part of the foreign market (Europe, USA, Canada and Australia). In Italy, apart from the company’s main “Stappj” brand, we also have other brands as a result of business agreements and distribution strategy.

		PERSONAL DATA SAFETY AND THE RIGHT OF REFUSAL PRIVACY DI IORIO S.p.A. informs you that your personal data will be used and handled in full respect of the main sanctions of the laws in vigour with regard to the protection of privacy, as here indicated: Law N° 675/96 handles personal data protection, EC 97/66 and the legislative decree 171/98 for privacy protection in telecommunication, EC Directive 97/7 and legislative decree 185/99 protecting consumers in contractual matters. In full respect of the above mentioned laws your data will be handled according to the principles of correctness, legality and transparency, with the appropriate procedures for the protection of your privacy. The handling of the data gathered permits us to: a) confirm your orders via e-mail and b) use the information for the marketing and promotional purposes of DI IORIO S.p.A: The conferment of points a) and b) is obligatory. If consensus is not given by you, DI IORIO S.p.A. cannot initiate a purchase/sale or an information exchange rapport with you. The data will be handled by employees and/or professionals hired by Europub 93 S.r.l., who conduct their activity under the direct supervision of DI IORIO S.p.A., the responsible entity. As required by law, Domenico Di Iorio is the person designated responsible for the handling of private data for DI IORIO S.p.A. As stated in Article 13, Law 675/96: 1. In the matter of the handling of personal data the interested party has the right to: a) know, via free access to the register as stated in article 31, comma 1, letter a), the existence of privacy data handling which deals directly with him/her; b) be informed of the content of article 7, comma 4, letter a), b) and h); c) obtain, from the owner or responsible person, without delay: 1) the confirmation of the existence, or lack thereof, of personal data regarding him/her, whether or not it has been already registered, and communication of same in an intelligible form and its origins, as well as the purpose for which the information has been handled; the request may be renewed, unless justified motives exist, after an interval of not less than nine days; 2) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the total blockage of the handled data if in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the aims for which the data was gathered or further handled; 3) the up-dating or rectification, should it be desired, and integration of data; 4) the demonstration that the operations noted in number 2) and 3) and their content have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data has been communicated or diffused, except in cases where this is impossible or entails efforts beyond reasonable measure with respect to the data handled; d) to oppose, in some or all parts, for legitimate reasons, the handing of said personal data even if pertinent to the purposes for which it was gathered; e) to oppose, in some or all parts, the handing of the personal data aimed at marketing or the mailing of advertising material or direct sale or for market research activities or interactive sales or to be informed by the proprietor, not after the data has been communicated or diffused, of the possibility of exercising these rights. 2. For each request as per comma 1, letter c), number 1) the interested party may be requested to, when there is no data present regarding him/her, pay the relative expenses, not superior to the actual expenses incurred, according to the method and within the limits as stated in article 33, comma, 3. 3) the right as per comma 1, referring to the personal data of deceased persons may be exercised by whomever may be interested. 4. In exercising the rights as per comma 1 the interested party may confer, in writing, delegation or procurement to persons or associations. To exercise the rights prescribed by article 13 of Law 675/96, listed above, the interested person must make his/her request in writing addressed to: DI IORIO S.p.A., via Filangieri 49, 86095 Frosolone (IS), indicating on the envelope “RISERVATEZZA DATI PERSONALI”. I accept the manner in which my personal data will be handled as indicated in the paragraph entitled “PERSONAL DATA SAFETY AND THE RIGHT OF REFUSAL”.
